CALL TO ORDER

NEW BUSINESS

  • Application for a preliminary certificate of conformance of building plans and exterior materials proposed for the construction of Gustavo’s Mexican Grill restaurant to be located at 8909 US Highway 42.
  • Discussion of proposed Ordinance 625, Series 2023, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2024.
  • Discussion on the process to fill the city council vacancy.
